Below is a guide to how you can find answers, contact the BayConnect support team to report any difficulties, bugs or issues.
BayConnect Support Widget
You’ll notice at the base of every page in the bottom left corner appears Help box.
This widget is your all-in-one guide to BayConnect, giving you helpful Knowledge base articles for common questions or issues encountered and access to log tickets with our team.
To access the Support widget, simply click on the Help box at the bottom left of every page of BayConnect. If there is a knowledge base article, BayConnect will intelligently suggest it to you immediately! If the suggestions are not helping, you can simply click on ‘View more’ to see all suggested articles.
If you still cannot find an answer to your question, simply ask our Support Team. Please select 'Live Chat' and easily type your question in! We will reply as soon as we can.
If we are not online at the moment, don’t worry, through Support Widget you can also leave a message for Support Team. Please click on ‘Leave a message’ box and enter a description of the issue you've encountered.
You can include a screenshot as this may help speed up the investigation of your problem by our team by clicking the 'attach' button.
Your support ticket will be logged in system for Support team to investigate, and they will be in touch with you when they pick up your ticket.
You can follow the ticket on our support site in section ‘My activities’. This part allows to check for any updates on your requests as well as add comments or attachments.
When you want support, it’s right there, located at the heart of BayConnect, and where you’ll be able to find it every time you need it.
